Material Release Agreement

1. Object

Temporary provision of an electric bicycle and accessories for the duration of the activity.

2. Conditions of Use

Prudent use within the designated route, compliance with regulations and the guide's instructions, prompt notification of any incidents, and mandatory helmet use.

3. Prohibitions

Tampering with components, leaving the group, performing unauthorized repairs, riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, using headphones, or engaging in reckless maneuvers.

4. Liability for Damages

The user shall be liable for damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or the loss of accessories. The user shall not be held liable for normal wear and tear or incidents occurring while following the guide's specific instructions.

5. Insurance

Includes Public Liability (PL) and accident insurance. Coverage does not extend to negligence, non-compliance with rules, or tampering with the motor.

6. Risks of the Activity

The user acknowledges the inherent risks of cycle tourism and participates on a strictly voluntary basis.

7. Data Processing

In accordance with the Privacy Policy.
